Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations & Rescheduling

All payments made to Yatch Atlives are final and non-refundable but may be transferable with management approval. Charter funds can be shifted without penalty to a future charter date if our office is notified of cancellation and rescheduling at least 60 days prior to the originally scheduled departure date. The new charter date must occur within 6 months of the original departure date.

This policy does not apply to private dinner yacht charters, holidays, or special events for which all payments are final and non-refundable. A 25% deposit is required to secure a reservation for any of our vessels. The remaining balance must be paid in full in cleared funds 30 days before the departure date.

Payments are accepted in US funds via cash, wire transfer, personal check, cashier’s check, money order, or traveler’s checks payable to Yatch Atlives. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted. *Personal checks are only accepted if received at least 30 days before the charter date.

Cancellations & Weather Provision

In cases of extreme weather conditions like hurricanes, lightning storms, or tornadoes, where it is dangerous to be on the water, the owner reserves the right to reschedule the charter without any additional fee. All payments are final and non-refundable. The Captain has the final authority to decide whether a charter should be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions. Please note, rain alone does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
